Description

Locked Sticks is a brilliantly simple puzzle that hides a formidable challenge. The game is also known as Snag Box and Computer Chip (it actually does resemble the shape of a computer chip). This wooden brain teaser is made of eight wooden sticks, like burr pieces, that interlock inside a box frame. The first challenge is to remove all the pieces. It must be done in a certain order due to blockages inside of the mechanism that can’t be seen right away. However, removing them is easy compared to the real challenge of re-inserting all eight sticks back into the box correctly. Not being able to see the pieces inside is what makes this iconic puzzle so infuriating and entertaining! What’s more, the puzzle has only two solutions. This is the perfect gift for an experienced or talented puzzler - or someone who aspires to be!
