Generally, you may return an item you purchased from MARKET.live within 10 days of delivery.  However, some items are not returnable, so it’s very important that you check the item’s product description before you buy.

Description

Do yourself a favor and trim your wick!

A big flame will burn up the candle's fragrance instead of releasing it, will burn through the wax faster, and will cause excess sooting. This is why trimming the wick of your candle is crucial for a safer burn and extending the life of your candle. The wick should be trimmed to 1/4" before each lighting. This will ensure an appropriate size flame, maximize fragrance release, and cause little to no sooting. Our stainless steel wick trimmers are perfect for creating a clean cut, and the long handles make the bottom of the candle container easy to reach.
