After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from MARKET.live with the details of your order.  Your items will be shipped to you directly from the vendor, typically in 1-2 business days of placing your order.  You will receive a second email (including tracking number) when the items are shipped to you.  

The shipping transit time will vary from 2-7 days depending on the origin and destination locations.

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you will receive multiple shipments and packages.

Easy Returns

Generally, you may return an item you purchased from MARKET.live within 10 days of delivery.  However, some items are not returnable, so it’s very important that you check the item’s product description before you buy.

Grape Alcohol -  Our organic alcohol is sourced from grapes! Unlike synthetic alcohols, ours actually has a positive impact on your skin. Witch Hazel - Witch hazel is a natural astringent, which means it cleans gunk out of your pores and kills the bacteria. This amazing extract also locks in moisture to prevent dry skin and even treats skin irritations.

Tea Tree Oil - Tea tree oil contains a number of compounds that have been shown to kill certain bacteria, viruses and fungi. Tea tree oil also has been proven to increase the activity of white blood cells, which help fight germs and other foreign invaders.
