Easy Returns

Generally, you may return an item you purchased from MARKET.live within 10 days of delivery.  However, some items are not returnable, so it’s very important that you check the item’s product description before you buy.

Care & Burn Tips

For the best candle experience:

  • Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
  • Trim wick to 1/4" before lighting.
  • Keep the candle free from foreign objects and wick trimmings.
  • Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains.

Note: Wooden wicks may require several attempts to light before the flame takes hold.

Cleaning & Reuse Instructions

Once your candle is finished:

  1. Allow the wax to cool and harden completely.
  2. Remove leftover wax and the wick base from the glass.
  3. Wash the tumbler with warm, soapy water or place it in the dishwasher.
  4. Repurpose the glass for cocktails, decor, or storage.
