How we make our Rosemary flaxseed crackers

We start by soaking our organic flaxseeds in water to begin the germination process, boosting their nutritional value and making the seeds easier to chew, digest and absorb. We then dehydrate the seeds to lock-in vital nutrients like Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and powerful antioxidants that benefit your overall health.
