Most of our vendors offer free shipping on the items they sell at MARKET.live.  The shipping cost of your completed order is calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout.

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from MARKET.live with the details of your order.  Your items will be shipped to you directly from the vendor, typically in 1-2 business days of placing your order.  You will receive a second email (including tracking number) when the items are shipped to you.  

The shipping transit time will vary from 2-7 days depending on the origin and destination locations.

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you will receive multiple shipments and packages.

Easy Returns

Generally, you may return an item you purchased from MARKET.live within 10 days of delivery.  However, some items are not returnable, so it’s very important that you check the item’s product description before you buy. 

All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.  All returned items are subject to inspection. Please visit our Returns Portal if you want to return an item.

  • Since slate is a natural material, each piece will have its own characteristics of color, marks, and lines
  • Swissmar slate boards provide a unique and handsome presentation for a selection of cheeses, appetizers or bite-sized desserts
  • Non-porous with a smooth surface and hand-crafted edges

  • Non-skid felt pads on the bottom protect surfaces

Care & Cleaning

  • Can be cleaned with olive oil, which will darken it, or with a cloth and warm water, dry thoroughly
  • Do not use abrasive cleansers, vinegar, or lemon-based cleansers
  • Not dishwasher safe
