Most of our vendors offer free shipping on the items they sell at MARKET.live.  The shipping cost of your completed order is calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout.

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from MARKET.live with the details of your order.  Your items will be shipped to you directly from the vendor, typically in 1-2 business days of placing your order.  You will receive a second email (including tracking number) when the items are shipped to you.  

The shipping transit time will vary from 2-7 days depending on the origin and destination locations.

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you will receive multiple shipments and packages.

Easy Returns

Generally, you may return an item you purchased from MARKET.live within 10 days of delivery.  However, some items are not returnable, so it’s very important that you check the item’s product description before you buy. 

All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.  All returned items are subject to inspection. Please visit our Returns Portal if you want to return an item.

Our hand & body cream provides lots of moisture and heals extremely dry skin. Our deodorant stops the stink right in its tracks! You will smell fresh as a daisy after just one application. Our body mist will leave your skin smelling divine and it doesn't contain any harmful chemicals! Everything is 100% natural and scented with pure essential oils!

If you would like to order multiple sets of different scents, just order the multi-pack that you want and let us know, in the comments/notes section at checkout, which scents you'd like.  If we have any questions, we will email or call you.
