The Omega 3 & Omega 6 fatty acids found in EicosaCaps are essential in improving a dog's skin and coat. The perfect balance of omega 3 (purified, micellized marine oil lipids) and omega 6 (borage oil) fatty acids that also contain antioxidants with garlic. Vitamin E is required to be in all fatty acid supplements; this product also contains vitamin C, zinc and garlic. EicosaCaps Omega 3 and 6, 60 Capsules is a nutritional supplement that provides a concentrated source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. These acids (EPA, DHA, GLA, and LA) play an important role in improving skin and coat health. If your pet suffers from dry, itchy skin, excessive shedding, or a lusterless coat, EicosaCaps may be the perfect supplement for them.

The fish oils in Dechra’s fatty acid supplements are from small, cold water fish (sardine and anchovy). The oil has been fully refined, deodorized, purified and molecularly distilled. It is tested and certified to be free from pesticides and below testing levels for PCBs and heavy metals, such as lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury (less than 0.1 parts per million). Tocopherol (Vitamin E) has been added to the fish oil as an antioxidant. Proper storage at room temperature, and away from light, will ensure quality through the expiration date indicated on the product.
