How to Use

Twist the retractable tube to release the gel lip liner. Apply on the outline of the lips. To extend the longevity of lipstick, fill in the entire lips with the liner to create a base. To remove, use an oil-based makeup remover such as the Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm.
