Most of our vendors offer free shipping on the items they sell at MARKET.live.  The shipping cost of your completed order is calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout.

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from MARKET.live with the details of your order.  Your items will be shipped to you directly from the vendor, typically in 1-2 business days of placing your order.  You will receive a second email (including tracking number) when the items are shipped to you.  

The shipping transit time will vary from 2-7 days depending on the origin and destination locations.

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you will receive multiple shipments and packages.

Easy Returns

Generally, you may return an item you purchased from MARKET.live within 10 days of delivery.  However, some items are not returnable, so it’s very important that you check the item’s product description before you buy. 

All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.  All returned items are subject to inspection. Please visit our Returns Portal if you want to return an item.

The Lion's Den Candle Company Reed Diffuser will provide up to 4 months of scent time with proper reed flipping. Each of our Reed Diffusers & Reed Diffuser Refill Kits come with high quality reeds. 

Instructions

Reed Diffuser:

Remove shrink wrap & stopper from top of Reed Diffuser. Place reeds in vessel & immediately flip reeds over a sink to make sure they are coated in diffuser oil. We suggest starting with 6 reeds in smaller areas, but you can use all reeds for the most scent throw in any room. Flip reeds weekly to keep the reeds from clogging with dust. This will ensure the best scent throw, as well as increase the longevity of your Reed Diffuser. If reeds are no longer working well, replace old reeds with new ones. 

Diffuser Refill:

Gently wash Reed Diffuser vessel with warm water & lite soap. Allow to dry. Place oil refill & new reeds in vessel & then flip reeds to make sure reeds are coated in diffuser oil. Flip reeds weekly to keep the reeds from clogging with dust. This will ensure the best scent throw, as well as increase the longevity of your Reed Diffuser. If reeds are no longer working well, replace old reeds with new ones.

Keep out of reach of children & pets. May cause an allergic reaction. Not for consumption. Keep away from hot surfaces & flames. Reed diffuser oil is flammable. Oil may cause staining on certain surfaces so always flip reeds over a sink.
