Made from 100% cast iron, Field lids are seasoned with grapeseed oil—not synthetic coatings— and safe for high-heat cooking on the stovetop or in the oven. Use this lid with your No.12 for extra-large slow-and-steady braises, or quick tasks like wilting hardy greens, melting cheese for sandwiches and burgers, or finishing off sunny-side up eggs.
