The device alerts treasure hunters to the presence of coins, jewelry or other precious metals hidden below the surface of the land or the water using a combination of vibration and light cues. To make it easier to pinpoint the location of a potential find, the pulses will increase as the device sweeps closer to its metal target. A wrist strap is included to maintain a secure hold on the device when in use.
