After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from MARKET.live with the details of your order.  Your items will be shipped to you directly from the vendor, typically in 1-2 business days of placing your order.  You will receive a second email (including tracking number) when the items are shipped to you.  

The shipping transit time will vary from 2-7 days depending on the origin and destination locations.

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you will receive multiple shipments and packages.

Easy Returns

Generally, you may return an item you purchased from MARKET.live within 10 days of delivery.  However, some items are not returnable, so it’s very important that you check the item’s product description before you buy. 

All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.  All returned items are subject to inspection. Please visit our Returns Portal if you want to return an item.

For those who love the taste of freshly roasted coffee but don’t want the buzz of caffeine, Brazil Decaf is the perfect solution. Our decaf is sourced from family farms in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil, where we hand-select beans for their naturally sweeter, milder flavor.

To preserve the original flavor and aroma, we use the Swiss Water® Process to extract the caffeine from the beans. This method is 100% chemical-free, relying solely on water, time, and temperature to gently remove caffeine while maintaining the bean’s natural flavor profile.
